So I got the fiat 500 sport from Arrigo dodge chrysler jeep dealership and I only had it for 2 days when I called them and told them that the car was not running right because it pulled to the left and it felt like I had flat back tires well it is 6 days from that day and they still have my car and no one is willing to help me who says yes I see the problem to who says there is nothing wrong with the car to who actually told me to put weights in the back of the car. I have spoken to Reddick Brown who I was told was the person to speak to about Fiat and he says he is the GM for Chrysler to Robert Corman who says that he is holding his temper to deal with me to Roger Bellardo who has no idea what is going on in the dealership and Jim Arrigo President and John Arrigo GM who talk about Customer Satisfaction on the web page put will never get on the phone. Have any of you out there had a problem like this with your Fiat or with a Dealership in Florida. Air yourself out with me.
Fiat NA Customer Service you call them but they do nothing and actually told me that they will not do anything.
